Traditional German ale with a twist. Brewed with Pilsner, Munich, Caramel and debittered black malt and Bretzels, fermented with a special German ale yeast, dry hopped with German grown Amarillo and Callista hops, then lagered to create a clean, crisp amber/red beer with subtle caramel and nutty malt notes and citrus fruit hops. A beautiful balance of clean bread malt character to compliment caramelised meat, and hop bitterness to cut through even the richest burger.
