It’s beer, but not as you know it. A very special batch of acetic sour beer, lightly salted and aged for over 12 months in a Manuka charred Tequila barrel packed full of fresh habanero chillies. Warning: this sour beer is HOT. Enjoyed drizzled over cheese on toast, your favourite tacos or anywhere else in your life that needs a little spice. Just sour beer, salt and chillies - no stabilisers or thickeners. Shake well before use.
