Oh what a lovely day let’s go out and pick some Manuka

This, the first of our Wild Flower Series, is a wild-fermented beer brewed with 30% wheat and rye and spontaneously fermented using freshly foraged local Manuka Flowers. This beer was aged in Oak Puncheons (500 litre Barrel) at our Wild Workshop for 8 months, and served up for the first time at the Pacific Beer Expo in Wellington, 2017.
