Is it a beer? Is it a wine? Whole bunches of Sav Blanc grapes, stems and all, dumped into a big amphora with our specially prepared wort and left to get on with it. Fermented with only the yeasts on the grape skins (and whatever’s floating around the brewery) then pressed and aged in barrels. Exactly 49% grapes to 51% wort, so technically it’s a beer, but only just. There’s loads going on in here; gooseberries, tropical fruit, green grass, and stuff like that. A classy little number, with buckets of savoir faire... get it into ya!
