Single Barrel 777: Chenin Saison

9 month old puncheon aged saison racked onto Chenin Blanc Marc from Ashleigh Barrowman's Siren Wine. Rested for 3 weeks before bottling. Conditioned for 1 year.

Crisp, clean acidity, with light fruity esters giving sweetness and balance.

Delicate, lifted palate with white table grape, green pear and nectarine up front, followed by gooseberry, clover honey and rounding off with slight buttery mouthfeel and a light mineral finish.
