  • All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Our freight partners do not operate on weekends or public holidays, therefore neither does our in-house dispatch + customer service crew. Any orders placed over weekends and public holidays will be dispatched promptly by our team the next working day. Any queries placed over weekends and public holidays will be responded to promptly by our team the next working day.

  • Our couriers cannot deliver to anyone under the age of 18. Our delivery drivers may ask for ID from anyone who looks under the age of 25. Accepted forms of ID include valid NZ photo driver’s license, an international passport and the Kiwi Access card. Valid means a clear, undamaged photo and not expired. If the recipient doesn’t have a valid ID, we can’t deliver beer to them. 

  • Our couriers cannot deliver our goods to anyone who is intoxicated. They will use their own judgment and official guidelines to assess this, and may withhold delivery if they believe recipients are intoxicated.

  • Our couriers cannot deliver our goods to anyone in school uniform, regardless of their age.

  • Our couriers will not leave alcohol without a signature or unless they are supremely confident that it is a safe place to leave it. Our couriers will not leave alcohol with minors or in a place where minors may access the alcohol.

  • We aim for all orders to be dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours of receiving the order. Once collected by our freight partners, we would generally expect orders to be received to the majority of New Zealand addresses within three working days. Deliveries to rural addresses often take a few days longer than this. 

  • Deliveries may be delayed under certain circumstances. This often occurs around public holidays, when shorter working weeks restrict operational hours. Delays also often occur in times of high traffic for our couriers, such as Christmas and when there are pandemic-related restrictions in place. We'll do our best to have any updates to shipping times clearly visible on our site, and we ask that you take these factors into account when placing your order. 

  • We are not able to ship to PO boxes. 

  • We will send a tracking number for each order with the order confirmation email. This tracking link will only become active once the parcel has been collected by our couriers - so it might take a day or so to do anything. If you have any issues tracking your order, please contact the team at websales@garageproject.co.nz. We will work with our freight partners directly to resolve any issues. 

  • International order delivery times will vary and depend on the location and shipping service used. We do not ship alcoholic products internationally, but we do ship merchandise anywhere in the world.
