Garage Project is thrilled to bring you a beer subscription service: FRESH Club.
If you have subscribed to the FRESH Club, the subscription price (“Subscription Price”) will be charged to your valid credit/debit card at the end of the month. This date changes each month, but you will always receive at least three days notice of this charge before it occurs.
For new subscribers, your initial Fresh Club sign up will be an order worth $0. Your first payment will be charged in the next end-of-month period, with at least three days notice beforehand, in keeping with the ongoing rhythm of Fresh Club dispatches.
Each month, we will send you an email that will allow you to add extra items to your next subscription dispatch at least three days before dispatch the dispatch date moves around in order to ensure optimum shipping times and minimise your beer's time in transit. Our goal is always to have Fresh in your hand by the 1st of the month. Once extra items are confirmed (by you), they will be charged along with your FRESH Club payment on the specified day and dispatched all together. You won't be able to add to your order after the charge date, until you receive the email for the add-to-order period the following month.
The Subscription Price is in NZD and includes GST and delivery.
You may alter, pause or cancel your subscription at any time and/or opt-out of future deliveries by logging in to your account and selecting the relevant options.
Unless you cancel your subscription or opt-out of your delivery on or prior to the charge date of each month, we will automatically charge the Subscription Price to your credit/debit card and deliver your FRESH Club order for that month to you.
If we are unable to collect the Subscription Price from your credit/debit card for any reason, including where your card has expired or there are insufficient funds, you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts and we may suspend or cancel your subscription without giving you notice. However, we'll always aim to reach out, should this happen, and help to resolve issues.
Our primary mode of communication with Fresh Club is via email, and we will use the email address you provide when signing up to your subscription for all communications. We may increase the Subscription Price at any point, but always with at least 10 days notice, which we will send directly to you. If you do not wish to pay the increased Subscription Price, you may cancel your subscription in accordance with this section. If you do not cancel your subscription in accordance with this section, you are deemed to have accepted the increased Subscription Price.
