Our playground for creating all things weird and wonderful: barrel-aged sours, spontaneous ferments and tanks brimming with fruit.
An early heads up: the Wild Workshop Taproom’s last day of regular summer opening hours will be Saturday 28th February.
As in years gone by, we're adapting our style of service for the winter months - so we won’t be open weekly for walk-ins form the end of Feb. We’ll still be here for booked tours, private functions, and special events (like Beervana!).
We’ll continue to be here for tours, functions and the occasional event (keep an eye out around Beervana especially) - head on down below to book, make enquiries, and to see what’s on.

Brewery Tours
We offer tours through our Wild Work shop brewery space - a guided sensory experience through the wonders of the Wild Workshop On these tours, you’ll be taken through a range of weird and wonderful beers and wines made in the brewery as you walk through the barrels and tanks, learning about the process of brewing and cellaring, with some delicious morsels to match.
