In Brazilian Portuguese it means 'the new style'. Brewed with Ekuanot, Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy, Rakau & Citra, Bossa Nova is fermented with saccharomyces brux trois, giving it a unique tart pineapple and mango character. To this already juicy base, we've added a fruit medley of guava, mango, pineapple, papaya, passionfruit and lime creating a beer that is part IPA, part tropical fruit cocktail. Now Bossa Nova has found a new home at our Wild Workshop.
