Cantillon is the only traditional lambic brewery located within the city of Brussels. Founded in 1900, today Cantillon operates both as a brewery and as a living museum, the Brussels Gueuze Museum (Musée bruxellois de la gueuze). Cantillon uses 100% organic grains and hops in all of its beers. Cantillon brews traditional lambic products, using 65% malted barley and 35% unmalted wheat. Cantillon's beers are spontaneously fermented using a large coolship in the attic of the brewery and fermented in oak barrels.

Each case contains 1x750ml bottle of the following.

1x ROSE DE GAMBRINUS.
Fresh raspberries macerated in two year old Lambic beer. Its complex aromas and sour taste make this beer an excellent thirst-quencher.

1x KRIEK 100% LAMBIC BIO
A flagship Cantillon. Sour cherries macerated for 1-2 months in two year old lambic, and naturally refermented in bottle. Complex flavour and its acidulous taste with organic ingredients, the Kriek Cantillon is a unique and very thirst-quenching beer. 

1x GUEUZE
A spontaneous ferment of 100% Lambic beer. Brewed using organically grown wheat (35%), malted barley (65%), and dried hops. Bone dry with zesty acidity, this beer will evolve over time.

1x IRIS
A spontaneous ferment, aged in oak casks for two years and naturally refermented in bottle. Fresh hops lend a clean bitterness, and 100% pure malt marks an intriguing departure from the traditional 35% wheat base.

1x FOU' FOUNE.A blend of spontaneously fermented 18-20 month old lambics with a hearty dose of Bergeron Apricots. Fragant and lively.

1x GRAND CRU BRUOCSELLA LAMBIC BIO SAISON 2019-2020.
A blend of vintage lambics from the same production season, matured for three years in oak barrels, specially selected for its unique colour, flavour and aroma. Lacking secondary fermentation in bottle, Bruocsella is a still, non-sparkling beer.
