58% Nelson Pinot Noir, fully destemmed, macerated, and fermented on skins for 6 days, blended with 16% extended skin-contact fermented Gewurztraminer, and 26% lightly soaked, lightly pressed, but highly zesty Riesling. Unfined, unfiltered, low added sulphites.
