It’s February, time to get back into the swing of things, back into another juicy year of FRESH monthly drops.

The malt grist is light lager with a blend of malted and chit wheat, where masses of wheat protein equals masses of haze, and masses of dense pillowy foam, then a touch of Simcoe Cryo in the whirlpool infuses FEB with a smooth hop foundation. We’re playing around with dry hopping at different temperatures, and FEB is loaded up with a heavy hit of Simcoe, Citra and Motueka delivered to cooled beer, elevating the juicy, sweet fruit character of the hops.

Crack a can and FRESH FEB pours a rich glowing gold with a dense tight white cap. Sweet tropical fruit aroma with a hint of gooseberry and lime zest, then that first sip is sweet fruit and milk bottle lollies followed by mango, peach puree, and lychee with a subtle hint of grapefruit and lime.
