FRESH July '23

Fresh IPA, a rolling, ever changing, monthly series of one offs, brewed in small batches and available only from our brewery outlets and only while stocks last. Each batch is an opportunity to try a new brewery fresh IPA, unfiltered and unfined, showcasing a unique combination of yeast, malt and hops. Just fun, fresh hoppy beer at its best.

It might be cold outside, but there’s literally weeks of warm summer sunshine locked up in every can of this month’s FRESH. Brewed with lightly malted, sun ripened Canterbury barley and juicy jumbo oats, FRESH JUL has a distinctly light, bright character. A touch of Riwaka in the boil and a generous dry hop of Citra, Simcoe and New Zealand grown Cascade, leave JUL bursting with bright citrus notes. Up front it’s zested lemon and lime peel with notes of crushed pine needles, leading into a freshly squeezed white grapefruit and sweet pineapple juice palate. All this in a smooth, hazy, light malt base. Go on, crack a can and let the sunshine in.
