March, the start of the southern hop harvest. That means new hops coming soon, and old hops on the way out. Because of that, you might notice this month’s FRESH is looking particularly all-American...

Light lager, malted and rolled oats, with a blend of hot side T90 and Cryo Mosaic doing the heavy lifting. Then more Mosaic in the dry hop alongside our favourite rising star Krush, and a touch of El Dorado finished with a heavy dose of Krush Hyperboost extract. A special shoutout to our dependably hazy house yeast, Verdant, with its smooth mouthfeel and bright peach ester top notes.

March pours a rich rose gold with a dense white foam. Bright, sweet orange and passionfruit aroma that follows through to the first sip, with gummy-bear fruit candy, peach rings and mango. Then a sweet brioche back note, balanced with juicy, mouthwatering bitterness that leaves every sip supremely satisfying.
