Biodynamic Gisborne Muscat grapes macerated on skins for 5 days, then pressed onto Organic Gimblett Gravels Merlot, and left to coferment in clay amphorae. Electric bright berries and candy fruit come to life in this merlot muscat rose. Unfined, unfiltered, low added sulphites.
