It’s beer, but not as you know it.

A very special batch of Garage Project's own sour beer vinegar, aged in a mānuka charred Tequila barrel packed full of fresh habanero chillies.

Warning: this 'sour beer' sauce is HOT. Enjoyed drizzled over cheese on toast, your favourite tacos or anywhere else in your life that needs a little spice.

Shake well before use.
