Infinite Reflections

A deep dive into the mirror pool of aromatic thiols. Two brews, one being a Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe & Galaxy heavy hazy DIPA, the other a micro batch, ‘aroma boosted’ utilising a very special blend of yeasts, Phantasm powder & ‘super lots’ of thiol rich Motueka & Riwaka. Fermented separately then combined to create one unique beer bursting with green grape, gooseberry, citrus & stone fruit. Crack a can and lose yourself in deep reflection.
