Mikkeller is a legendary craft brewery from Denmark. They work with select top breweries across the world, and we’re stoked they have chosen Garage Project as their partner for Asia Pacific.

In Mikkeller, we find a kindred spirit of brewing creativity, and we’re working together on a range of beers - and you can try them all in this mixed pack.

First up in this lot is Skinny Dipper, a brand new new collaboration brewed with the pick of the Nelson Lakes Hop Harvest. It's a 5.5% Nelson Lakes Hazy IPA featuring Motueka, Cascade and Nelson Sauvin, bringing super juicy stone fruit and bright citrus top notes in a lush smooth hazy base that’s as refreshing as a moonlit dip. It’s naughty, but it’s nice.
The other three beers in this pack are Mikkeller beers, their recipes, brewed in New Zealand by Garage Project, with specially selected hops from Nelson Lakes, local Gladfield malts, and sprinklings of our lot-selected Yakima Chief Hops. The beers we brew for Mikkeller at Garage Project will be popping up in Mikkeller venues throughout Asia, and we’re also lucky to have secured limited amounts for enjoyment closer to home:

  • Windy Hill: 7% New England Style IPA. It replicates the feeling of standing on a breezy hillside, infused with tropical fruit notes and dry-hopped with El Dorado & Citra.
  • Forest Friends: 6% West Coast IPA. Lean and bright with a crisp pilsner malt and flaked rice backbone, Forest Friends is a West Coast IPA that delivers a sharp, clean bitterness. Simcoe lays down resin and pine, Taiheke brings citrus zest, and Riwaka bursts with passionfruit and tropical lift. A clear, snappy finish keeps the palate fresh, letting the hops lead the way from first sip to final drop.
  • Mysterious Path: 4.7% Hoppy Pilsner. In Mysterious Path, crisp meets chaos. A clean Bohemian-style pilsner base with soft water, golden malt backbone and noble bitterness, collides with a riot of dry hops. Simcoe, Motueka, Citra, and Nelson Sauvin layer zesty lime, ripe tropical fruit, and white wine aromatics over a snappy, cracker malt finish. Bitter enough to bite, smooth enough to crush.
