Oh, Vienna

If you had to sum up this beer in three words, you’d have to say smooth, clean and balanced. Classic Vienna Style amber lager, brewed with a blend of Pilsner, Vienna and Munich with a touch of melanoidin and debittered black malt for colour and flavour.

The hops are german grown Herkules and Hallertau Mittelfrüh, functioning to balance malt sweetness and bring a subtle noble character. If it was taking a road trip hops would be chilling out in the back seat enjoying the view, malts up front doing the driving and Ultravox is playing on the stereo.
