This batch we’ve combined oak foudre aged mixed ferment beer with Blackcurrant, People’s Coffee Honduras Natural light roast coffee beans and Wellington Chocolate factory cacao nibs to create a beautiful blend of tart berry, citrus and earthy chocolate. Omne Trium Perfectum, no more no less - for some reason, things just work better in threes.
