Phantasm Pilsner

Crisp, clean pilsner, brewed with 100% NZ barley malt and Nelson Sauvin hops, then transfigured to a whole new level with the addition of Phantasm thiol powder, and our own ‘double shot’ aroma boosting co-fermentation method - naturally releasing unique, bright, fruit-forward aromatics of ripe feijoa, guava, gooseberry, and passionfruit. Yes it’s a pilsner, but not as you know it.
