Crisp pale pilsner infused with freshly crushed Escarpment pinot noir juice and conditioned for 48 hours on the grape skins for a light pink blush with notes of citrus and strawberry. Pinot Noir grape harvest pilsner, fermented with Escarpment grape juice. Brewed to embody one of the employees of GP, Rosie. The name of course to mean, Rosie of the Valley. This sweet and bubbly number with a touch of red hair (not in the beer) is an annual release.
