Hand harvested Marlborough Pinot Noir grapes, naturally macerated, unpressed, in whole bunches under a blanket of carbon dioxide, then lightly crushed, added to a specially brewed wort and allowed to ferment for a week before being gently pressed and aged in oak wine barrels and then rested on fresh Wakefield Raspberries.
Technically it’s beer... but only just.
