Wildflower spontaneous ferment using foraged Elderflowers. Aged in oak for 12 months. Hand picked barrel 'dry eldered' and conditioned for a further two months on the fresh flowers from the next season. Beautiful balance of aged and fresh Elderflower aromatics.
