1x Single Fruit: Ruby Red Kiwifruit 750ml
Red Ruby Kiwifruit Sour 7.0%
A blend of carefully selected puncheons of our spontaneously fermented coolship ale, conditioned on ripe Ruby Red Kiwifruit, sourced directly from Glenview Orchard, Ngāhinapōuri. The result is a luscious vibrant candy pink beer with a delightful zesty aroma and sweet tart palate.

1x Wildflower: Blackberry 750ml
Foraged Blackberry Sour 7.4%
Freshly foraged wild blackberry flowers plunged into a light golden base wort, creating a spontaneous fermentation using only the wild yeast present on the flowers. The beer is then aged and developed in oak wine barrels, before being refermented on new blackberries. A delightfully tart, vibrant red sparkling beer bursting with wild berry flavour.

6x Pineapple Crush 330ml
Pineapple, Habanero & Agave Sour 3.8%
A super refreshing, clean, sparkling kettle sour, brewed with agave syrup, pineapple and fiery habaneros. Expect a big pineapple candy and citrus nose, juicy, fresh cut ripe pineapple flavour, habanero heat and more than enough acidity to cut through any course on the table.

Raspberry & Hibiscus Berliner Weisse 4.0%
Delicious tart fruit Berliner Weisse loaded with raspberry and aromatic hibiscus flowers, creating a stunningly colourful, effervescent sour - bursting with exuberant floral& berry fruit notes. Naturally fermented - store chilled!

2x GP Stem Glass 284ml
An elegant yet sturdy tulpi style beer glass, featuring the Garage Project logo in black on clear glass. Suitable for a wide variety of styles - but perfect for complex beers with wild-pairing in mind. Everything from Ruby Red Kiwifruit Sour, through to Red Rocks Reserve & Black Octave.
