Sympatheia Pinot Noir '18

A premium old vine Pinot Noir from the clay soils of the Upper Moutere coast. A blend of 33% whole bunch clone 5 and  66% destemmed clone 10-5 grapes. Macerated on skins for 7 days, then pressed off and aged for 10 months in clay amphorae. Low added sulphites. Organic fruit from the earth, fermented in earth.

Best serve lightly chilled, or at room temp.
