A premium old vine Pinot Noir from the clay soils of the Upper Moutere coast. A blend of 50% whole bunch Clone 5, and 50% destemmed Clone 10-5 grapes, macerated on skins for 12 days, then pressed off and aged for a further 9 months in clay amphorae.
Organic fruit from the earth, fermented in earth. No added sulphites.
Best serve lightly chilled, or at room temp.
