Chance, Luck & Magic '23 375ml
Spontaneous Five Year Blend 8.1%
Having won a silver medal at the international World Beer Olympics last year for the 2020 vintage, Chance, Luck & Magic '24 continues to impress as our first ever five-year blend release. Layered complexity and tart acidity make this a must-try for any Belgian-style beer enthusiast.

Chance, Luck & Magic '24 375ml
Spontaneous Five Year Blend 8.0%
The second five year blend from our flagship Chance, Luck & Magic range. This time aged in 100% French oak. Beautifully balanced, tart fruit and a superbly dry finish.

Bastard Rye 375ml
Bourbon barrel aged Ryewine 14.7%
Rye’s a bastard to brew with, but after a remarkable eight years ageing in bourbon barrels, not only is all forgiven, but this beer has been transformed. Rich at its inception, it’s now developed an astonishing vanilla oak and spirit complexity like a fine madeira. It’s a bastard, but it’s worth it.

Thor's Cup 375ml
Norgwegian Farmhouse 7.7%
Inspired by the traditional farmhouse ale that has been made in Norway for centuries, using Kveik yeast (pronounced kwike in English). Brewed using fresh juniper branches in the mash and a touch of beech smoked malt, this beer's unique flavour comes from two mixed Kveik cultures collected from traditional brewers in Voss and Hornindal, and brought back to New Zealand. Dark malts vie with tart yeast driven complexity and subtle hints of smoke and resin in a beer that can truly claim to be unique. Drink deep from the cup, but keep your wits about you.

Single Fruit: Apricot 375ml
Apricot Infused Blended Sour 7.9%
A blend of barrel aged spontaneous beer, infused with sun ripened Clutha Gold apricots from the Webb Family's 100 year old orchard outside Cromwell. The finished beer is a radiant gold, with an astonishing ripe apricot aroma and a juicy tart stone fruit palate.

Wildflower: Hopbine 375ml
Foraged Hopbine Wildflower Sour 7.5%
The latest release in our ongoing series of foraged flower ferments. For this brew, freshly harvested whole bines were plunged into a light golden base wort creating a spontaneous fermentation using only the wild yeast present hops. The beer was then allowed to age and develop for a year in oak barrels before being infused with another dose of wet hops flown straight from the harvest. The result of this brewery outing is a complex yet clean citrus like sour, bursting with a delightful fresh hop aroma

12th Anniversary Belgian Quad 375ml
Belgian Quad 12.0%
Brewed using a massive complex grist of barley, rye, dark candi sugar and a special Belgian yeast. This is a huge beer, boasting an enormous rich dried fig, fruit cake and toffee pop malt palate, overlaid with complex spicy top notes and warming alcohol. Go big or go home.

Brightside 375ml
Sunny Belgian Blonde Ale 7.8%
A deceptively simple blend of Pilsner, candy sugar, Saphir hops and a special yeast strain creates a distinctly complex and deliciously drinkable golden ale with restrained spice, floral notes and a hint of bubblegum. Always look on the bright side.

Mountain Call 375ml
Lapsang Souchong infused sour 7.2%
fFoeder aged sour beer, fermented with our own unique house culture, then infused with the finest Lapsang Souchong tea, creates an exquisite journey of complex sour and delicate smoke, pine resin and dried longan fruit. Gān bēi!

Cabbages & Kings 375ml
Horopito Oyster Stout 12.0%
Imperial Oyster Stout, brewed with the more or less willing assistance of ten dozen fresh Te Matua Bay Pacific oysters, Horopito and Manuka smoked malt. Dark, certainly - and rich with just a suggestion of brine, a touch of smoke and a hint of native New Zealand pepper leaf.

Single Fruit: Boysenberry 375ml
Boysenberry infused spontaneous sour ale 8.2%
A blend of barrel aged one year old spontaneous beer, infused with the finest Mapua variety boysenberries, sourced directly from the growers at Eden Road. The finished beer is a stunning opulent purple, with a rich ripe berry aroma and a lush fruit palate.

Rua 375ml%
Foeder-aged mixed ferment ale 7.3%
Rua, Te Reo Māori kupu (word) for the number 'two', and our name for the very special oak foeder that produces this beer. New Zealand malted barley and wheat, aged hops and extended foeder ferment with our own mixed house strain produces a deliciously drinkable ale with balanced juicy tartness and a satisfying, complex body.
