A totally unique New Zealand Wild Ale. Brewed with organic Canterbury grown barley and wheat, aged in Toru, our 3000 litre antique Tōtara barrel, with native wild cultures, then dry hopped with Motueka, Rakau and Nelson Sauvin.
Juicy and drinkable with just a touch of refreshing tartness. Can conditioned for freshness.
