Two Bites: Raspberry & Plum 375ml
Raspberry & Plum Sour | 7.5%
Oak barrel aged beer, fermented with our own house culture and then 'double dipped' with second use raspberries and organic heritage plums, for a deep, soft fruit flavour.

Discotheque Pasteque 330ml
Watermelon & Dragonfruit Gose | 4.2%
A delightfully light refreshing sour, infused with fresh ripe watermelons, dragonfruit, a touch o coriander and a pinch of salt. It's a mirror ball explosion of outrageous aromatic fresh juicy fruit & funk.

Bossa Nova 440ml 
Wild Fermented Tropical Fruit Salad IPA | 7.7%
Fruited IPA brewed with Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy, Citra & Krush, fermented with a blend of Voss Kveik yeast & Brettanomyces Claussenii for a unique, funky fruit flavour - then spiked with a medley of guava, mango, passionfruit, pineapple & lime.
