Oak Foeder Sour | 4.6%
Wild Workshop House Sour, fermented with Lactobacillus and our favourite Saison malt blend, then conditioned in one of the our central oak foeders. A comple, but refreshingly drinkable sour with soft acidity and citrus aroma.
Cosmic Balance 440ml
Foeder Sour Hazy IPA Hybrid| 7.8%
A fusion of thick, juicy, sweet hazy double IPA with racey foeder aged sour, where the elevated aromatics of Motueka, Citra & Talus fuse with the cleansing, tart-fruit flavours of the Wild Workshop.
Tournesol 30ml
Spiced Saison 6.5%
Pilsner and rye malts, lightly spiced with white pepper, corainder and citrus. Bring a touch of sunshine wherever you go this winter.
