Limited Edition Monthly IPA 7.0%
Motueka, Nelson Sauvin, Peacharine & Nectaron. A full fruit basket on the nose - passionfruit, mango, guava, white grape, rambutan, starfruit & a touch of lime. And oh does the palate live up to that first aroma hit, delivering a massive wave of juicy tropical fruits balanced with resinous hops, and a fleeting hint of vanilla and milk bottle lollies.

Phantasm Spiked hazy Triple IPA 10.5%
A massive synergistic mash of hop and grape aromatics, blending Southern Cross, Idaho-7, and fat stacks of Mosaic & Nelson Sauvin with a huge hit of Phantasm Thiol Powder. Gooseberry, pineapple, tropical jasmine, fruity Raro - and just a touch of the Devil's Lettuce.

2x Red Rocks Reserve 440mL
Hot Rock Red Ale 6.5%
A reinterpretation of the German Steinbier, where the extracted wort is passed through superheated Red Rocks in the mash tun, caramelising the wort sugars in a glorious roar of steam and fire. Sweetness, balanced by a healthy amount of whole and palletised Nelson Sauvin, with lots of chewy malt character & bitterness, assertive hop aromas & flavours - and lets be honest, not a lot of restraint.
