Welcome to the Wild Workshop
A unique bar and bottle shop, and our playground for creating all things weird and wonderful: barrel-aged sours, spontaneous ferments and tanks brimming with fruit.
When visiting, you'll sit in amongst our tanks, barrels and oak foeders, soaking up the sights and smells of a working brewery.
Brewery Tours
For the first time ever in a Garage Project brewery, we can now offer tours through the space - the ultimate sensory exploration! While you can still come in any time during our opening hours and grab tasters or a flight over the counter, a tour is a great way to get a guided sensory experience through the wonders of the Wild Workshop. On these tours, you’ll be taken through a range of weird and wonderful beers and wines made in the brewery as you walk through the barrels and tanks, learning about the process of brewing and cellaring, with some delicious morsels to match.

The Wild Workshop is open from Friday until Sunday. During opening hours, come by at will to taste, explore and have a sensory adventure.
