A blend of light lager, plump, sweet Big-O malted oats - and chit wheat for mouthfeel and foam. It's a great combo, bringing the solid bright yellow of a just-ripe mango, topped off with a lovely cadmium white head.
We’re still on our dry-hop-deep-dive this month, with a triple hit of hops - a shot of liquid Mosaic extract in the whirlpool, a touch of Mosaic cryo in the tank right at the beginning of the ferment, then a cool crash right at the end to strip out the yeast before a chonky dry hop of Galaxy, Peacharine and Rakau.
Fresh cut nectarine aroma and a hint of mango fruit strap, which follows into the palate with fresh nectarine and juicy peach, bolstered with mango puree - and a surprise finish of ripe strawberries & whipped cream. Delicious!
