Let's take this show on the road. Originally brewed as part of our Beyond the Pale series celebrating New Zealand's own weird and wonderful Fringe Festival, Magic Dragon is a avant-garde devised piece combining pitaya roja (red dragon fruit), galangal root, and pandan leaf in a sour base to create a beer both distinctively coloured and disarmingly delicious. It's a peculiar but perfect pairing - a Fringe favourite - back by popular demand.
