A premium old vine Pinot Noir from the clay soils of the Upper Moutere coast. A blend of 25% whole bunch clone 5 and 75% destemmed clone 10-5 grapes, Macerated on skins for 7 days before being pressed off and aged for 11 months in clay amphorae. No added sulphites. Organic fruit from the earth, fermented in earth.
Best serve lightly chilled, or at room temp.
